黄綬褒章を受章した愛知県の寝具製作技能士一級、丹羽ふとん店五代目『丹羽拓也氏』との協業により生まれました。綿の配合から、梳線、詰めの作業、仕上げまで、すべての工程を丹羽氏が1人で作業をおこなっています。最適な堅さを求め、3種類の綿（デシ綿、アッサム綿、メキシコ綿）を特別な配合でブレンドしており、クッションの外側は、ノンブリーチノンダイの亜麻と綿を使用したBurnt Whiteと、亜麻100%に栗染めをしたDark Brownの2色展開です。丁寧に全体のバランスを見ながらコットンを何層にも重ねているため、ずっと使っても中線がずれることなく、まるで瓦屋根のように凛とした四隅の反りが、静かながらも空間に心地よい緊張感を生みます。
