These beautiful towels are dyed with three kinds of charcoal.

Only long, white, soft, long-staple cotton, which is carefully hand-picked and grown in fields adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea, where the temperature difference between the two regions is said to be favorable for cotton production, is used for the towels.

Three basic colors (Asasumi, Binchotan, Takesumi) are dyed with charcoal, a naturally occurring dye produced in Japan, to create beautiful shades.

For optimal results, machine-wash your linen bath towels on a gentle cycle with hot water and phosphate-free washing detergent.
Always wash dark and light colours and separately.

After being laundered, towels may be dried naturally or in a tumble dryer on a low setting. Ensure towels are completely dry before being folded and stored.
We recommend hanging towels on bathroom hooks to air dry between use.

In the event a thread works its way loose, snip it carefully with sharp scissors to avoid further pulling.
