Regarding Returning, Exchanging or Cancelling an Order
In principle, we do not accept requests for returning, exchanging, or canceling for orders.We do, however, allow for exceptions in the following events:

1. If the product is defective
2. If the returned item is not what was originally purchased
3. If the returned item was damaged during delivery
4. If the product is found to be a counterfeit or pirated product

You may cancel your order when the order is ready to be shipped.Canceled orders cannot be replaced or exchanged (including exchanging an item for the same item of a different size), so please be sure to confirm the size, color, price, and quantity before completing your order.
*Please be advised that, depending on what the item is and the condition in which it is returned in, your cancellation or return request may or may not be fulfilled.
*If the item is defective, we will exchange it for the same item only if we have replacements available.
In the event that we are unable to replace your returned item, we will proceed with a refund.
