Delivery method
This delivery method is limited to domestic Japan. We use Sagawa Express for our postage. Orders are shipped within two to five days following confirmation of your order.

Returns and exchanges
Kindly be advised that we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges of purchased products.

If there is a fault or defect in your item(s), we will be pleased to provide you with a replacement product. In the event the product is no longer in stock, your purchase will be refunded.

Changes, additions and cancellations of products
Please be sure to review your order before submission and payment. We are unable to accept any changes, additions or cancellations after your order is confirmed.
